Directions

Adults, take 1 tablet once a day, at or before bedtime (sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule, sleep-wake cycle, delayed sleep phase disorder). Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin (sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule, sleep-wake cycle, Jet lag, delayed sleep phase disorder). Take 1 tablet once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern (Jet lag). For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner (sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule, sleep-wake cycle, delayed sleep phase disorder). For occasional short-term use (Jet lag).

Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Contact your doctor if you’re in need of a sleep aid.
